The Sur Futuro Foundation announced the opening of the third edition of the Ecological Water Prize at a national level, with the aim of recognizing and encouraging exemplary actions that contribute to water conservation, the preservation of its quality and its rational use through reforestation, forest exploitation, sustainable agricultural practices, forest conservation and education and awareness activities on the efficient management of this resource. For this edition, the period for receiving proposals will be from March 29th to June 22nd, 2016. The award ceremony will take place in November this year.
