She founded PADMA Environmental Consulting and is an international conservation specialist with a strong focus on biodiversity and site level planning, offset policies, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and conservation finance. Daniela has experience with establishing partnerships, moderating networks, and working with distributed teams and clients.
She worked for Fundesnap in Bolivia as a Financial Mechanisms Specialist since 2008. She has been involved with many fundraising activities such as campaigns and strategic financial planning for protected areas.
He is the Executive Coordinator at Profonanpe, the Peruvian Trust Fund for National Parks and Protected Areas, since 2005. Previously, he acted as Project Monitoring Specialist. Humberto has also worked as Field Coordinator in breeding ecology of seabirds in New Zealand, at the Otago University, Department of Zoology.
She is the Executive Director at the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica. Karen has over 15 years of experience in the management and implementation of environmental and community projects throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean, besides field experience with over 100 Non-Governmental and Community Based Organizations with EFJ. She has acted as Team Leader with USAID/Jamaica and Caribbean Regional Programme.
He is the Executive Director of the Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust, since 2002. Carl holds a Masters of Environmental Education from the Rhodes University and has previously worked in several environmental projects in Malawi.
