Attach a letter from your respective board expressing the acceptance of RedLAC's bylaws, as well as your willingness and commitment to participate in RedLAC, and your ability to pay the Network's annual membership fee.

Attach a copy of the public deed of incorporation of the Fund, its respective registration in the Public Records, or its rule of creation, regulations and by-laws.
